We started Six50 with the intention of bringing genuinely good food and a unique experience to Rochester diners. We are a scratch kitchen, sourcing the majority of our goods from local vendors and local farms.
We use our wood fired ovens to prepare our food, which provides a very rich flavor. The wood fire not only provides us with a delicious product, but it is a renewable resource, which reduces our consumption of fossil fuels.
Six50 is old-school cooking at it's best. We pride ourselves on our original recipes and our commitment to truly providing a dining experience unlike any other in Rochester.
